1. Who We Are

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Narratica, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to the Narratica website, waitlist, accounts, app, and storytelling features where applicable. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Narratica.

3. Eligibility

Narratica is not intended for children under 16. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Narratica, unless a different minimum age applies in your country and you have any required parent or legal guardian consent. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your use of Narratica.

4. Your Account

You need an account to use Narratica. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account. Please keep your sign-in credentials and sign-in providers secure.

You must not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, or need action for legal or security reasons.

5. What Narratica Provides

Narratica is an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform. It lets users create story material, play interactive stories, and publish or share creative content within the service.

Narratica may evolve over time. Features, limits, availability, and the way stories are generated or shared may change as we develop the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Narratica uses AI services to generate story content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, unexpected, offensive, or similar to content generated for other users. You should not rely on AI-generated content as factual, legal, financial, medical, safety, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it outside Narratica. Draconic Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, suitability, or availability of AI-generated content.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Narratica. You are responsible for your content and for making sure that you have the rights needed to upload, create, publish, or share it in Narratica.

By using Narratica, you grant Draconic Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, format, and use your content as needed to operate, provide, secure, and improve Narratica.

8. Published and Shared Content

Published or shared creative content may be visible to other authenticated users. If you publish or share creative content, you grant us permission to make that content available to other users within Narratica and to allow other users to view, use, copy, reference, or integrate it into their own stories or saved content within the service.

If you publish or share creative content in Narratica, you also allow us to feature, display, reproduce, and promote that published or shared content in connection with Narratica, including on our website, app, social media, marketing materials, and other promotional channels. We will not use your private drafts or private story content for marketing without your permission.

Deleting your account does not necessarily remove creative content that you previously chose to publish or share if that content has already been used, copied, referenced, or integrated into other users' stories or saved content. Where reasonably possible, we will remove or anonymize your personal association with that content.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use Narratica to:

Break the law or encourage others to break the law.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Upload, create, publish, or share content you do not have the rights to use.
Harass, threaten, abuse, or dox others.
Create or share sexual content involving minors.
Exploit, harm, or endanger children.
Create non-consensual sexual content.
Promote hate, terrorism, violent extremism, or targeted harassment.
Create malware, phishing, scams, or security attacks.
Spam, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
Bypass safety systems, rate limits, or access controls.
Impersonate others without permission.
Rely on Narratica or AI-generated content for real-world professional advice or high-stakes decisions.

10. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated and manual review to detect abuse, enforce these Terms, and protect Narratica. We may remove content, restrict visibility, unpublish content, suspend or terminate accounts, report serious issues, or take other reasonable action if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Enforcement decisions may be made to protect users, Draconic Labs, the service, or to comply with law. You can report concerns by contacting hello@narratica.ai.

11. Account Deletion and Termination

You can request deletion of your Narratica account in the app by going to Profile > Delete account. You can also contact us at hello@narratica.ai. Account deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, or need action for legal or security reasons.

12. Intellectual Property

Narratica, including its software, design, branding, logos, website, app, and service content provided by Draconic Labs, is owned by Draconic Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of Narratica itself.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse parts of Narratica unless allowed by law or by written permission from Draconic Labs. Your content remains covered by the Your Content and Published and Shared Content sections above.

13. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them to improve Narratica without restriction or compensation to you.

14. Third-Party Services

Narratica may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, AI generation, analytics, email, app distribution, and other operations. These services may include Google Cloud, Firebase, Vertex AI/Gemini, Resend, Sentry, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Google Tag Manager, Apple App Store, and Google Play.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Draconic Labs is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

15. Service Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Narratica over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

AI models, third-party providers, infrastructure, limits, features, and availability may change or become unavailable as the service evolves.

16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narratica is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Draconic Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, safety, suitability, or availability of AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draconic Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited or any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Narratica changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, for example through the website, app, or email. Continued use after changes means acceptance where permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
